Description

Lindsey Stirling, one of my favourite violinists ever and my inspiration to learn to play the violin myself.. I made her dressed as she in in her Electric Daisy Violin music video, which you can check out on YouTube here ~ www.youtube.com/watch?v=vxIOUJ…

The violin was made separately by carvind a body, neck with scroll, bridge and chinrest/ tailpeice from individual pieces of cured Sculpey and fixing them all together with superglue and some milliput. The strings are made from unwound picture frame wire and the bow hairs are thin plastic bristles taken from a brush.

Worth noting the pony Stirling isn't as good a violinist as the human one, due to obvious restrictions she can only play open strings :^/
